Internal Reset Refund Policy
Because our detox protocols are carefully packaged, time-sensitive, and designed for personal health use, all sales are considered final once shipped. However, in rare cases we may consider a refund request within 30 days of purchase, provided strict conditions are met.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@internalreset.com and require written approval before any item is returned. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refund Policy Conditions

Only unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return. Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, or is missing parts will not qualify.

Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Improperly packaged items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

Refunds for approved requests may be issued as store credit or at Internal Reset’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs, and any related fees.
Important: Internal Reset reserves the right to deny refund requests if we determine the policy is being misused.
