Internal Reset Shipping Policy

We’re committed to making sure your Internal Reset subscription is delivered reliably each month so you can stay on track with your protocol.

Subscription Shipping Options

• Monthly Subscription ($100/month + $20 shipping): Your subscription ships automatically each month after your payment is processed. Shipping is billed at $20/month.
  
  

• Annual Subscription ($1,200 upfront): When you purchase a full year in advance, you’ll still receive your products monthly, but shipping is included at no extra cost.
  
  

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment.
  
  

• Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks. This timeline allows for careful handling and ensures that your products arrive in optimal condition, maintaining their integrity throughout transit.
  
  

• Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  
  

Shipping Rates

• Monthly subscriptions: $20 flat-rate shipping within North America (U.S. & Canada).
  
  

• Annual subscriptions: Free shipping for the full year within North America.
  
  

• International orders outside of North America: Additional fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  
  

Failed Deliveries & Address Changes

• Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Internal Reset is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  
  

• Packages returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  
  

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact info@internalreset.com within 7 days of delivery. After review, we may issue a replacement if approved.
